This large family catering equipment hire business was established in 1975 and provides a reliable, quality service for every occasion to the general public, caterers and large corporations.

ABC is interested in your requirements, we have reliable helpful staff who will do all they can to advise you, their knowledge of all the catering equipment and furniture which is for hire can be used to your best advantage. A fully computerised system enables us to be efficient should you wish to amend your order in any way.

The hire charge is for 48 hours or from Friday to Monday. Extra days are charged at 20% for each day, thereafter. There is a minimum hire charge of £10. A deposit of between £30 to £100 is taken upon booking and is refundable after the function, minus the cost of any missing items. The total hire charge is due 2 weeks before the function. Therefore prior to your function the booking deposit plus the hire charge will have been paid in full. Any late bookings (equipment subject to availability) are due for payment immediately. All our equipment is washed and sterilised prior to each hire and is then packed in special boxes to maintain cleanliness. We will accept equipment returned rinsed ie. dipped in or placed under running water, leaving no food or drink on the equipment. The items can then be placed in the special packing boxes wet. This will not cost any extra. If however you wish to return the hire equipment dirty this is possible, however an additional charge of 30% will be made.

Delivery and collection is charged in addition to the hire and the cost depends on the distance. Please telephone for prices. The hirer/customer has the responsibility to insure the equipment and pay for all missing and broken items.
